Is clearing the fault code enough?
Usually not – the fault will come back if the cause is still there. We clear it once the fault has been found and fixed, then check that it doesn’t return.
Can I send the fault code or a photo of the warning light on WhatsApp?
Of course. Send a photo of the dashboard or the code from your own scanner – we’ll give you an initial idea of the cause and book you in.
What if the fault only appears now and then?
Intermittent faults take more time. It’s best to leave the car with us for an agreed day – we’ll check it calmly in different conditions.
Can I drop off or pick up the car outside opening hours?
Yes – at any time, any day, including Sundays and public holidays. Just arrange it in advance: best to give us a call, or message us on WhatsApp. The workshop owner will receive your car in person.
Do you speak English?
Yes. You can write to us in English on WhatsApp and talk to us in English when you drop off and pick up the car – from the first message to explaining what was done.
